Vegetable Cream Soup

A delicious vegetable cream soup prepared with potatoes, carrots, and spinach. To give it a final touch, we can sprinkle a little chopped cilantro on top.

Ingredients

5 Potatoes

4 Carrots

500 grams of Spinach

2 Onions

2 liters of Water

Olive oil

Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, wash and chop all the vegetables and set them aside in a container.

Step 2 : Then, boil water and add the ingredients except pepper, oil, and salt.

Step 3 : After 25 minutes, remove the vegetables from the boiling water and let them cool.

Step 4 : When about 10 or 12 minutes have passed, put the vegetables back into the pot and add water, salt, oil, and pepper. Let it cook for another half hour.

Step 5 : Serve and enjoy hot.
