6 cups of Water

5 Small potatoes

4 Medium onions

2 Garlic cloves

4 Eggs

Aji (chili pepper)

Oregano

Cumin

Jerky

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, we mash and roast the jerky.

Step 2 : Then, we fry the onions and add salt, aji, cumin, garlic, oregano, and water, bringing it to a boil.

Step 3 : When it is halfway through cooking, add the crushed eggs and potatoes into the pot.

Step 4 : Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5 : Finally, when cooked, serve very hot.
