Squash Blossom Cream
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of Butter
½ White onion head
2 cups of Squash blossom
½ cup of Corn kernels
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Chicken broth
1 ½ Cornstarch
½ cup of Cream
1 cup of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of melted butter, ½ of a white onion head chopped, 2 cups of squash blossom, ½ cup of corn kernels, and stir very well.
Step 2 : Then add to the blender the mixture from the skillet plus ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken broth, 1½ tablespoons of cornstarch, ½ cup of cream, 1 cup of water, and blend very well.
Step 3 : Transfer this mixture to a pot and cook until it thickens.
Step 4 : Then you can serve and enjoy, garnished with some corn kernels on top.
