Ingredients

1 Green pepper

1 Red pepper

2 Garlic cloves

1 Onion

100 grams of Stale bread

1 tablespoon of Colorant

Broth cube

1 ½ Water or chicken broth

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add oil. When hot, add the peppers, onion, and garlic.

Step 2 : All previously sliced. Add salt and sauté for 8 minutes.

Step 3 : Then add the chopped bread, red paprika (paprika), and sauté a little more.

Step 4 : Next, add the water and, if desired, the broth cube. Add the colorant and mix well.

Step 5 : Let it boil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Check the salt after this time. Then add a raw egg. Let it boil again.

Step 6 : Ready to serve and enjoy.
