Shrimp Broth
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Shrimp
4 Potatoes
4 Carrots
4 Tomatoes
3 Crushed garlic
4 Onions
4 Chilies
2 liters of Water
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, we must boil water in a pot.
Step 2 : Next, blend the tomatoes, onion, and garlic together with a little water.
Step 3 : Then strain this sauce and cook for 10 minutes along with the shrimp.
Step 4 : Next, wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces and add them to the shrimp soup.
Step 5 : In the same way, wash and chop the carrots and add them also to the soup.
Step 6 : Finally, add the parsley along with a little oil and salt to taste, let it cook for 10 minutes, and serve.
