Seafood Soup
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Salmon
2 Carrots
3 Tomatoes
4 Onions
2 Bell Peppers
3 Garlic Cloves
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Bay Leaves
Oregano
1 pinch of Pepper
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash all the vegetables and the fresh salmon.
Step 2 : Once everything is ready, heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions, carrots, garlic, and bell peppers in small pieces.
Step 3 : Then, in a pot with water, add the sautéed vegetables along with the tomatoes and other seasonings except the salmon, bay leaves, and parsley. Let it boil for half an hour.
Step 4 : Finally, add the salmon, parsley, bay leaves, and a bit of salt to taste, and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Serve and enjoy.
