Ingredients

4 kilograms of Fish

2 kilograms of Shrimp

2 kilograms of Conch

2 kilograms of Oyster

5 Crabs

2 Celeriac (Celery root)

2 Leeks

5 Garlic cloves

5 Small onions

3 Bell peppers

4 Tomatoes

Cilantro

Peppermint

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the fish and shrimp, simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Then blend the fish and shrimp broth, and return it to the pot after straining it.

Step 3 : Next, add the conch, clams, and crabs to the same broth, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, blend the celery, cilantro, leek, peppermint, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and tomato, then add this mixture to the pot and cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, fry the oysters for 5 minutes and add them to the pot.

Step 6 : Finally, cook everything together in a pot for 15 minutes.

Step 7 : Serve hot.
