Osobuco Stew
Ingredients

6 Pieces of osobuco
6 Potatoes, cut into chunks
4 Pieces of sweet pumpkin
2 Beef broth tablets
250 grams of Green beans
Colorful chili powder
1 Grated carrot
2 Finely chopped garlic cloves
4 Pieces of corn
Oregano
Chopped onion
Chopped cilantro
Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
Oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add onion, garlic, and oregano.
Step 2 : Fry and add the meat, searing well, then add chili powder to enhance the flavors and help the meat release its juices, season with salt.
Step 3 : Add the beef broth and corn. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 4 : Then add the potatoes, and after 10 minutes, add the sweet pumpkin. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium-high heat.
Step 5 : Finally, add the rice, check the seasoning.
Step 6 : Serve sprinkled with a bit of cilantro.
