Ingredients

800 grams of Mushrooms

½ liter of Water

1 Julienned onion

1 Garlic clove

Olive oil

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the mushrooms and chop them

Step 2 : In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion

Step 3 : Add the mushrooms and garlic

Step 4 : Sauté without stopping until the mushrooms are soft

Step 5 : Cover with water and let boil for approximately 15 minutes without a lid

Step 6 : Blend the mushroom mixture with an immersion blender until creamy

Step 7 : Season with salt and pepper and serve in bowls garnished with sautéed mushroom pieces and chopped parsley

Step 8 : You can accompany it with garlic bread
