Ingredients

11 Ripe tomatoes

2 Onions

2 tablespoons of Chopped bell peppers

2 Garlic cloves

4 Slices of bread without crust

2 teaspoons of Vinegar

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

8 Mint leaves

2 Boiled eggs

5 tablespoons of Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this soup, start by chopping an onion and a bell pepper, then set them aside.

Step 2 : Next, wash 10 tomatoes, remove the seeds and skin, and cut them into small pieces.

Step 3 : In a food processor, blend the chopped tomatoes with the onion, bell pepper, garlic cloves, bread slices without crust, a drizzle of vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and the eggs.

Step 4 : Add salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate the mixture.

Step 5 : Then, chop the remaining onion and tomato.

Step 6 : When serving the soup, garnish with bits of onion, tomato, and a few mint leaves.
