Ingredients

3 liters of Water

5 Potatoes

3 Carrots

500 grams of Meat

2 Onions

3 Garlic

2 teaspoons of Oregano

2 teaspoons of Cumin

3 teaspoons of Salt

1 cup of Flour

1 Mixed vegetables

1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing and chopping the potatoes, carrots, onions, and the mixed vegetables into cubes.

Step 2 : Next, heat some oil in a pot, then add the meat, oregano, cumin, and salt.

Step 3 : After 5 minutes, add the onion pieces and stir to let them become transparent on both sides.

Step 4 : Then, add the cubes of potatoes, carrots, and the rest of the vegetables.

Step 5 : Add 3.5 liters of water, reserving one cup and a half for later.

Step 6 : Allow the mixture to come to a boil.

Step 7 : Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the flour, egg, a bit of oregano, and the reserved water to make the dough for the pantrucas.

Step 8 : Knead and roll out until you get several wide, thin strips.

Step 9 : Once the dough strips are ready, add all the pantrucas to the pot and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 10 : Finally, remove the pot from the heat, serve, and garnish with pieces of cilantro.
