Chicken Soup
Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Chicken
2 Carrot
2 Potatoes
4 Onions
2 Garlic
1 cup of Corn
Parsley and cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, peel and chop the carrot, potatoes, onion, and parsley, cilantro, garlic into small pieces.
Step 2 : While chopping, we can boil the chicken in a pot with water, then shred and set aside.
Step 3 : In the pot where we boiled the chicken, add the chicken, carrots, potatoes, garlic, onion, parsley, corn, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Cook for one hour and serve very hot.
