Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
4 Chicken pieces
¼ kilogram of Pumpkin
1 Carrot
½ Onion
3 tablespoons of Rice
½ cup of Sliced green beans
4 Large potatoes
4 Corn chunks
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1 pinch of Salt
Oregano
1 Clove of garlic
Finely chopped cilantro
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the chicken pieces and fry them with the carrot, onion cut into chunks, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt to taste.
Step 2 : Add boiling water until covering the ingredients and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the corn, potatoes, green beans, pumpkin cut into large pieces, and rice.
Step 4 : Cook for 15 to 20 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes.
