Ingredients

600 grams of Watermelon

400 grams of Sugar

100 milliliters of Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 : First, chop the watermelon into small pieces and remove the seeds. Then, crush it using a hand blender.

Step 2 : Place this mixture in a pot and add 400 grams of sugar on top.

Step 3 : Add 100 ml of lemon juice. Stir and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

Step 4 : Stir constantly, remove from heat, and place in a glass container to rest.

Step 5 : Once cooled, it’s ready to enjoy.
