Ingredients

1 cup of Caramel sugar
2 liters of Whole milk
1 cup of Sugar
1 Small piece of cinnamon
1 Dried orange peel
1 cup of Flour
½ cup of Cornstarch
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
Preparation
Step 1 : First, place the sugar in a small pot until it turns into a golden caramel.
Step 2 : Quickly pour the caramel into a circular dish and let it cool.
Step 3 : In a large pot, combine the milk, sugar, cinnamon, and orange peel, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 4 : Remove 2 cups of milk from the pot and let it cool over ice.
Step 5 : In a blender, combine the cooled milk with flour and cornstarch and blend until the mixture is homogeneous. Gradually incorporate it into the milk in the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens significantly.
Step 6 : Pour the mixture into the caramelized dish, smooth the surface, and refrigerate until set.
Step 7 : Serve cold with the liquid caramel in the dish or a wine sauce.
