3 Large papayas
10 Sweet cloves
6 Cinnamon sticks
750 grams of Sugar
8 liters of Water

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious papaya jam, first wash the papayas and cut them into small thin pieces, removing the seeds simultaneously.
Step 2 : Then, place the papaya slices in a pot with water, along with the cloves and cinnamon, and boil for 35 minutes.
Step 3 : Next, add the sugar, stir gently, and cook for another approximately 35 minutes.
Step 4 : Once ready, remove from heat and wait until it cools enough to transfer to the various containers.
