Lemon Mousse
Ingredients
500 milliliters of Liquid cream
3 Egg whites
85 grams of Powdered sugar
85 grams of Powdered sugar for the cream
10 milliliters of Lemon juice
Lemon zest
Preparation
Step 1 : First, extract the lemon juice into a container. Separately, separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2 : In a bowl, place the egg whites and, with the help of a whisk, beat until stiff peaks form. Once whipped, add the sugar.
Step 3 : In a container, place the liquid cream and start beating. Gradually add the powdered sugar on top and beat well. When well mixed or whipped, set aside.
Step 4 : In the bowl with the egg whites, add the lemon juice and beat. Then, gently fold in the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
Step 5 : Finally, serve in our cups and top with lemon zest. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy!
