Ingredients
4 cups of Flour
½ cup of Warm water
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 ½ teaspoon of Salt
1 tablespoon of Yeast
½ cup of Warm milk
½ cup of Warm water
1 tablespoon of Butter
Preparation
Step 1 : In half a cup of warm water, dissolve the teaspoon of sugar, sprinkle with yeast, cover with a cloth or kitchen towel and let it rise (about 10 minutes).
Step 2 : Mix the water, milk, and salt. Make a mound with the flour, add the yeast, salt, milk, and remaining water. Knead until everything is well combined. Add the butter and knead until the dough is smooth and soft.
Step 3 : Usleree (laminate) the dough until it is about one centimeter thick, prick the dough with a fork, and cut into circles (approximately 10 cm in diameter).
Step 4 : Let it ferment for about 30 minutes, depending on the room temperature, and place on a greased baking tray.
Step 5 : Bake at a high temperature (400°F - 200°C) until golden brown.
