Ingredients

½ cup of Wheat flour

½ cup of Butter

300 grams of Sweet manjar

80 grams of Sugar

4 Egg whites

Preparation

Step 1 : First, melt the butter. It is recommended to put the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt it.

Step 2 : In a medium-sized cup, add the sugar and the freshly melted butter, then proceed to beat until the mixture attains a smooth texture.

Step 3 : Next, add the eggs and continue beating, then finally add the flour and mix everything together.

Step 4 : Then, divide the mixture into several portions on a tray suitable for this type of food.

Step 5 : After that, bake for about 3 minutes or until they slightly turn golden.

Step 6 : Remove from the oven and roll them on wooden sticks about 1 or 2 centimeters in diameter, then let them cool until they harden. Repeat the process until all the dough is used.

Step 7 : You can fill and decorate your dessert with melted chocolate.
