Ingredients

Stale bread from a few days ago

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

3 Eggs

125 grams of Butter

500 grams of Sweetened condensed milk

Grapes

Nuts

Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : The bread is soaked the night before; the next day, remove the crust and crumble it well to extract all the water.

Step 2 : Place it in a bowl, add the condensed milk, cinnamon, and egg yolks, and blend with a mixer briefly.

Step 3 : Then add the raisins, nuts, and egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.

Step 4 : Add the melted butter.

Step 5 : Finally, transfer the entire mixture into an oven-safe mold and bake for about 1 hour at 180°C (preheated), sprinkling a little sugar on top to achieve a golden crust.
