Baked milk is a classic Chilean dessert whose charm lies in its quicker, more rustic preparation compared to flan. Its direct baking method gives it a delicious and crispy outer layer.
It stands out for its simplicity and unique flavor. Its origins date back to colonial times, when recipes were adapted to the ingredients available in the region.
