Ingredients

4 Apples

3 Eggs

1 cup of Condensed milk

1 A touch of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : First, we grate the apples. In a separate container, we separate the yolks from the whites.

Step 2 : In another container, we begin mixing the apples, yolks, condensed milk, and cinnamon. Mix well with a hand whisk.

Step 3 : Then, we will bake this mixture in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, in another container, we whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. Once the oven mixture is ready, we decorate the top with this meringue and bake again until the meringue is golden.
