4 Servings

Ingredients

1 Shredded onion

2 tablespoons of Oil

¼ kilogram of Loin, picanha fat, or sirloin

1 Garlic clove

¼ teaspoon of Aji color

¼ teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 cup of Shelled corn

4 Peel tomatoes

Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the meat into strips or medium-sized cubes. If you cut the meat very small, it dries out and becomes tough. Cut the tomatoes into pieces to make 3 cups.

Step 2 : Heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion in the oil for approximately 4 minutes.

Step 3 : Add the meat and garlic, and sauté for a few more minutes. Add the Aji color, salt, oregano, pepper, and tomatoes.

Step 4 : When boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat. Let it cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Add the corn. Let it boil, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Step 6 : Serve accompanied by rice or boiled potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
