Ingredients

6 Turkey fillets

2 Carrots

4 Potatoes

300 grams of Corn cobs

300 grams of Grains

1 cup of Chuchoca

2 Onions

2 Bell peppers

2 Garlic cloves

1 Aji

Pumpkin

Parsley

Oil

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the turkey and place the breast in a pot with oil, onion, and garlic for 2 minutes.

Step 2 : Then add the paprika, carrots, Aji, oregano, parsley, and water. Let it cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the potatoes, pumpkin, corn, and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the grains and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 4 : Finally, add the chuchoca, stir, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Serve hot.
