Stewed Pork Chop Chilean Style

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Pork Chops

1 tablespoon of Sauce

1 Tomato

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

½ Onion

Vinegar

½ teaspoon of Seasoning Powder

Powdered Garlic

1 pinch of Salt

Cooking Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : First, we chop the pork chops into small pieces.

Step 2 : In a hot skillet, add the oil, tomato, peppers, onion, seasoning powder, garlic powder, and salt. All chopped finely. Sauté very well.

Step 3 : Next, add a splash of vinegar. Mix everything very well for a few minutes.

Step 4 : Once sautéed, add the pork chop so it cooks well together.

Step 5 : Add a little water. When ready, serve with white rice and avocado.
