Ingredients

3 liters of Water

2 Beef tongues

3 Garlic cloves

3 Tomatoes

2 Carrots

2 Bell peppers

2 Onions

2 Chilies

Olives

Oregano

Chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Firstly, add salt, pepper, oregano, and water to a pot, where we will also add the tongues and boil for 5 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, remove the tongues and peel off the skin, cutting them into several strips.

Step 3 : Next, heat the oil in a skillet and add the strips of beef tongue.

Step 4 : Add the garlic, bell peppers, and onion after 2 minutes of cooking.

Step 5 : Add the remaining ingredients and let it fry for another 5 minutes.

Step 6 : Serve and enjoy.
