Salted Pork Meat
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Pork
3 Garlic cloves
2 Bell peppers
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
Olive oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, we clean the pork very well and remove excess fat from the meat, then season with salt, place it in the refrigerator, and leave it there for 12 hours.
Step 2 : Next, remove the pork from the refrigerator, clean, and wash it very well again.
Step 3 : Proceed to chop the garlic and bell peppers, then add them to the pork along with oregano, pepper, and salt to taste. Drizzle with a little olive oil, put it back in the refrigerator, and leave it there for 2 days.
Step 4 : Then, pierce the meat and hang it with a kitchen string. Let it cook over a fire for 4 hours and serve.
