Roast Kid Goat

Ingredients

Chopped kid goat

Fresh herbs

100 grams of Pork lard

250 milliliters of White wine

½ liter of Water

Thyme, rosemary, and salt

Black pepper

Potatoes

Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : First, place pork lard on all the pieces both on top and underneath. Then season all around with coarse salt.

Step 2 : Next, place the pieces on a tray, add pepper and thyme all over. Finish with rosemary on top. Let it marinate for an hour.

Step 3 : After the time has passed, pour wine and water over the pieces. Put them in the oven for 30 minutes; after the time, turn them over.

Step 4 : While it cooks, make some sliced potatoes in enough oil. Brown them well and use them as side dishes. Season with salt and also place them in the oven on the same tray with the kid goat.

Step 5 : Once the time has passed (1 hour) and the meat is golden, you can enjoy and serve.

Step 6 : It can be served with salad.
