Potato Stew
Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Potatoes
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
2 Garlic cloves
Cream
1 pinch of Salt
Oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash, peel, and dice all the potatoes.
Step 2 : Next, sauté the onions, garlic, and tomatoes in small pieces and mix with the potato chunks.
