Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beans

½ kilogram of Pumpkin

125 grams of Lard

2 Onions

3 Tomatoes

3 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Aji color

200 grams of Noodles

1 Chicken broth

1 pinch of Salt

Cumin

Longaniza (sausage)

Preparation

Step 1 : Soak the beans for 12 hours. Rinse them and cook in boiling water (covering the beans) for about 45 minutes.

Step 2 : When almost cooked, add the cubed pumpkin and continue cooking for twenty minutes.

Step 3 : Melt the lard in a skillet and fry the finely chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic, and the ají color.

Step 4 : Season with salt, cumin, and a chicken broth cube.

Step 5 : Once the ingredients are homogeneous, add this cream to the beans along with the noodles, and keep the heat until they are cooked.

Step 6 : And to make this recipe perfect, serve it with a delicious Gato Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
