Ingredients

3 Garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Coarse sea salt

1 tablespoon of Ground pepper

½ White onion

3 Tomatoes

1 Lemon

Cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : It is prepared in a stone mortar where vegetables are crushed to impart a delicious flavor.

Step 2 : First, chop the garlic and place it in the mortar to grind with salt and pepper until a paste is formed.

Step 3 : Next, add half an onion sliced for easier crushing. Then, add the chopped tomatoes.

Step 4 : Previously peeled. You can place them in a food processor to make grinding easier.

Step 5 : Finally, add a sprig of chopped cilantro to the mixture. Juice of one lemon, a touch of oil, and salt to taste.

Step 6 : Place in a container and serve as desired with the preferred accompaniment.
