Oysters Rockefeller
Ingredients
8 Fresh oysters with shells
Cream or butter
White wine
Melted cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the oysters on a serving dish.
Step 2 : Pour a little white wine over the oysters and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3 : Bake in the oven at medium-high temperature (about 200°C) for 12 minutes.
Step 4 : Remove from the oven and add a generous spoonful of cream per serving.
Step 5 : Add the cheeses and bake again for another 8 minutes until gratinée, speed up the process by adding a spoonful of butter.
Step 6 : Serve hot and, if desired, add a few drops of lemon juice.
