Mixed Ceviche
Ingredients
500 grams of White fish
150 grams of Shrimp tails
200 grams of Squid
150 grams of Octopus
2 Red onions
1 cup of Corn kernels
1 cup of Lime juice
1 Aji rocoto
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, add the fish previously cut into 1.5-centimeter cubes.
Step 2 : Next, add the shrimp tails, squid, octopus, all previously cooked, along with the onions, corn kernels, aji rocoto, garlic clove, cilantro, and lime juice.
Step 3 : Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 4 : Finally, season with salt and pepper, let rest for a maximum of 2 minutes, and serve.
