Meat Fricandelas with Rice
Ingredients
500 grams of Ground beef
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
2 Eggs
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon of Merquen (smoked chili pepper seasoning)
1 teaspoon of Cornstarch
1 Minced garlic
Chopped cilantro
Oil for frying
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, heat a little oil and sauté the onion for a few minutes. Set aside. Once cooled to room temperature, place it in a container.
Step 2 : Add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, cornstarch, chopped cilantro. Also add salt and pepper.
Step 3 : Knead everything very well and heat a skillet with enough oil.
Step 4 : Form small balls with the help of a spoon or by hand, shaping them into burger-like patties.
