Ingredients

500 grams of Goat meat

3 Potatoes

120 grams of Pork lard

100 milliliters of White wine

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

3 tablespoons of Rosemary

4 tablespoons of Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first place the goat in a roasting dish and spread it with butter, pepper, and rosemary.

Step 2 : Let the meat rest for an hour.

Step 3 : Then, add wine and ½ liter of water to the goat and bake for half an hour, making sure to cook it on both sides.

Step 4 : While the goat is baking, wash, peel, and boil the potatoes in a pot with water and salt until tender.

Step 5 : Next, cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces.

Step 6 : Mix the potatoes with the thick goat meat, add more salt and pepper, and cook on the stove for 50 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish and enjoy.
