Fricandela
Ingredients
500 grams of Ground meat
½ Diced onion into small cubes
½ teaspoon of Cumin
1 pinch of Salt
Chopped parsley
Oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a medium skillet, brown the onion with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat, for about 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until translucent.
Step 2 : Combine the onion with the ground meat, seasonings, and parsley, mix and form 4 medium-sized fricandelas, keeping their thickness no greater than 2 cm, so they cook quickly in the skillet.
Step 3 : In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, brown the fricandelas for 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Step 4 : Serve hot or make into sandwiches.
