Chupe de guatitas
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Guatitas
2 Onions
2 Bread without crust
2 Garlic cloves
2 Chili peppers
200 milliliters of Milk
100 milliliters of Cream
50 grams of Cheese
Oil
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : We will begin by soaking the bread with milk and cream, then set aside.
Step 2 : Put the guatitas in a pot with water, boil for 40 minutes, take out, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
Step 3 : In a pot, add oil and sauté the onions, garlic, chili peppers, oregano, and add a little salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Then mix the guatitas, the soaked bread, and the onion sofrito, top with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
