Ingredients

1 kilogram of Chunchules

4 tablespoons of Flour

1 Beer

Lemon

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The first thing we will do is slice the pepper as thin as possible.

Step 2 : Next, we slice the mushrooms. Slice them all. Then slice the onions into half-moons.

Step 3 : In a pot, add the chorizo without the casing. Place it in a pan with its own fat.

Step 4 : On top, add the onion. After a few minutes, add the mushrooms and peppers. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 5 : Once ready, reduce the heat to low and add the cheese on top. Use enough cheese. Cover to melt the cheese.

Step 6 : Turn off the heat and serve accompanied by flour tortillas.
