2 Mussels per person
Lemon
White wine
Buttery cheese
Serrano ham
Preparation
Step 1 : Debeak the mussels (detaching the mollusk from the shell), each mussel weighing 250 grams and about the size of a hand.
Step 2 : For each mussel, add lemon juice, white wine, slices of cheese, and slices of serrano ham.
Step 3 : Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Remove and serve alongside a salad.
