Chilean Paila Marina
Ingredients
300 grams of Clams
300 grams of White fish
1 cup of Fish broth
1 tablespoon of White wine
4 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 Chili
Cilantro
Oregano
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion with the chili, oregano, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, wash the clams and fish, and add them to a pot along with the fish broth, onion, chili, and oregano. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Finally, add the wine and parsley, and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Serve hot.
