Ingredients

2 cups of Rice

700 grams of Sausages

700 grams of Seafood

Clams

Chopped Porron

1 Onion

200 grams of Tomato sauce

3 Diced tomatoes

Seasoning (Aji Verde)

1 pinch of Salt

5 cups of Water

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place 2 cups of rice and on top, 700 grams of sausages. Then add 700 grams of seafood and pre-cooked clams.

Step 2 : After sautéing, add 4½ cups of water.

Step 3 : Next, add chopped porron and stir.

Step 4 : Add a touch of color if desired, followed by sliced onion and mix well.

Step 5 : Then add 200 grams of tomato sauce and 3 sliced tomatoes. Add a complete seasoning mix that contains pepper, seasoning, salt, which can be found anywhere in Chile. Add a touch of merken.

Step 6 : Let cook for several minutes. Once ready, enjoy and serve.
