Ingredients

5 Eggs

300 grams of Beef

300 grams of Chorizo

200 grams of Sausage

1 Onion

½ kilogram of Potatoes for frying

1 pinch of Salt

Frying oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the onion. Once ready, set aside. In another skillet, place the chorizo in small pieces.

Step 2 : In a separate skillet, cook the julienned meat and the sausages with a touch of salt and pepper. Stir well.

Step 3 : Once ready, fry the potatoes in another skillet. At the same time, you can fry the eggs.

Step 4 : To serve, place the fries and onions on the plate, then the red chorizo on top of the onions. Followed by the meat and sausages.
