Beef stew with chocolate
Ingredients
1 ½ kilogram of Chopped beef
½ kilogram of Onions
50 grams of Powdered chocolate
1 cup of Olive oil
½ cup of Vinegar
2 Garlic cloves
½ kilogram of Potatoes or short pasta
Grated nutmeg
1 pinch of Salt
Water
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet with the oil, add the meat and sauté.
Step 2 : Then, add the garlic cloves and onions and continue sautéing for another 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Next, add the vinegar, chocolate, and grated nutmeg, mix well, cover with water, and let simmer over low heat.
Step 4 : When the meat is tender, add the potatoes and salt. If the mixture looks dry, add hot water.
Step 5 : Let cook until the potatoes are soft.
