Ingredients

½ kilogram of Meat

3 Potatoes

4 Garlic cloves

2 Onions

2 Bell peppers

2 Eggs

1 Chili pepper

3 tablespoons of Oil

Oregano

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut your meat and potatoes, then set both aside in a container.

Step 2 : Chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, then add everything to a pot.

Step 3 : After a couple of minutes, add the meat, potatoes, and seasonings like chopped chili, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add water and boil for 20 minutes.

Step 4 : After 10 minutes of cooking, mash a cooked egg and add it to the pot.

Step 5 : Serve the grilled meat.
