Typical Chilean Salad
Ingredients
2 cups of Tomato
2 cups of Onion to the thread
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
½ teaspoon of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
2 tablespoons of Cilantro
1 Green chili in pieces
Preparation
Step 1 : To soften the strength of the onion, marinate it by leaving it mixed with plenty of salt for at least ¼ hour.
Step 2 : Then rinse with plenty of water and let it drain.
Step 3 : Mix the tomatoes with the onion and season with oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : If you like, add cilantro and chili.
