Surprise Tomatoes
Ingredients
6 Tomatoes
3 Onions (diced)
1 tablespoon of Margarine
3 Eggs
100 grams of Mushrooms
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Mayonnaise
1 Lettuce
Preparation
Step 1 : Dip the tomatoes in boiling water and leave them for a while until the skin softens.
Step 2 : Then peel and cut a lid on the stem side, remove the pulp from inside. Place them upside down to drain all the juice.
Step 3 : In a skillet with margarine, sauté the onion and mushrooms, then add the eggs, salt, and pepper, and stir vigorously until everything is well cooked.
Step 4 : Let cool.
Step 5 : Using the above preparation, stuff the tomatoes, cover with mayonnaise, and place them on lettuce leaves.
