Stuffed Tomatoes with Tuna
Ingredients
6 Tomatoes
1 can of Tuna in oil
1 tablespoon of Chives
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 Hard-boiled egg chopped
Pieces of black olives
Lettuce leaves
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut a lid on the top of the tomatoes. Using a teaspoon, hollow out the tomato, leaving the wall intact and place them upside down to drain the juice. Reserve the pulp.
Step 2 : Mash the tuna with a fork and mix it with part of the tomato pulp, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of chives.
Step 3 : Add the mayonnaise and fill the tomatoes, previously seasoned inside, with the mixture.
Step 4 : Decorate the top of the tomato with chopped hard-boiled egg and pieces of black olives.
Step 5 : Serve on lettuce leaves.
