Quinoa Salad
Ingredients
3 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 cup of Quinoa
1 cup of Beans
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 teaspoons of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The beans are cooked in a pot with boiling water.
Step 2 : Then, the quinoa is soaked in cold water for 15 minutes and drained three times.
Step 3 : Next, the quinoa is cooked for 20 minutes and mixed with the cooked beans, setting aside the mixture.
Step 4 : Then, the tomatoes and cucumber are chopped and added to the beans and quinoa.
