Ingredients
3 kilograms of Pork meat
1 pinch of Salt
20 Black peppers
1 Garlic head
4 tablespoons of Apple vinegar
8 Laurel leaves
2 Fresh thyme sprigs
½ tablespoon of Oregano
Cumin
Cloves
1 Chili
Onion
Preparation
Step 1 : In a mortar, start crushing the pepper. Once ready, add the garlic cloves.
Step 2 : Place the meat in a container and season with salt. Then add the prepared paste. Mix well with your hands.
Step 3 : Next, in a pot, pour 1 liter of oil and add the spices, chili, and a piece of onion.
Step 4 : Once browned, add the pork meat. Then, add some scallions to enhance the flavor.
Step 5 : After they are browned and cooked, remove and place in a container.
