Ingredients
2 Peeled tomatoes
1 Onion
4 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro
1 Chopped green chili
½ tablespoon of Salt
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To peel the tomatoes, immerse them for 30 seconds in a pot of boiling water, remove them, and then place them in cold water. Remove the skin.
Step 2 : Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. You should have about 1 cup of chopped tomatoes, give or take.
Step 3 : Chop the onion also into small cubes, but not too fine. Place the onion in a medium-sized bowl and cover with boiling water.
Step 4 : Let it soak for one minute. Drain and rinse well with cold water. Now, chop the onion finely. You will have approximately 1 cup of onion.
Step 5 : Mix the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chili, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
